Tyler was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma before attending Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, where he played tennis and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

As Principal, Tyler is responsible for capital sourcing and corporate finance, and co-coordinates the firm's growth strategy. In addition to his role with Starlit Realty Capital, Tyler is a Principal with Tripeak Development Co., an Orange County, California-based retail development firm focused on single-tenant net lease retail assets. Prior to launching Starlit Realty Capital, he was an Investment Sales Broker with Stan Johnson Company in the Newport Beach office, focused on single-tenant retail, office, and industrial transactions.

He is an avid golfer and spends much of his free time with his wife Hannah and their young children. Tyler is a licensed real estate broker in California (CA DRE 02241475).

Hannah was born and raised in San Diego, California. She attended William Woods University, where she received her bachelor's degree in Psychology, and shortly after earned her California real estate license.

As Principal, Hannah is responsible for business development and capital sourcing, and co-coordinates the firm's private equity strategy. Prior to launching Starlit Realty Capital, she was a loan origination manager serving investors, builders, and developers nationwide.

Hannah is a fitness fanatic and is often found hiking and running around Orange County.

Brad joined Starlit Realty Capital as Vice President and is responsible for business development, loan origination, and capital sourcing.

Prior to joining Starlit Realty Capital, Brad was an accomplished residential broker and Director of Sales at one of the premier escrow companies in Southern California, owned by First American Title Company. With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients.
